Manny PACMAN Pacquiao
I remember way back 1996-1997 when the PACMAN still fought in the grassy fields of Gen. Santos and was televised on RPN channel 9. It was an ordinary local provincial fight back in the day. But, there was an X-factor each time Manny fights with his fellow boxers. There is always something different when Manny's combination techniques is set into motion. There is anger and there is seriousness. Seems like the forces of boxing is sculpting Manny Paquiao into the champion that he is today.
(I was told by my sparring trainer that a fight like that earns them a mere P800 minus of course assistant and coach fees)
Unlike any other fighter, Manny has the angered look on his face. That no matter how many blows he receives he can easily take each punch. It was pure MOTIVATION to succeed.
Manny is not different from any other Filipino. He is resilient, he is focused and he is HARDWORKING!
This is the kind of mindset that we Filipinos should have. Manny has awaken, in his inner being, the kind of discipline that "ALL" Filipinos must replicate. No doubt in my mind that he went to the most difficult trials that he could ever imagine and he tunnel visioned on what he can gain once he surpasses the pain.
This is the reason why he has a BILLION Peso account.
If you want to be successful then...Be persistent, Never Give Up, Reach for the Rewards, Do What is Right and LOVE YOUR COUNTRY.
